Finca Los Maza Parade

Malbec 2023 • 13.6% ABV • Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Well-structured, balancing tastes of a sweet, fruity character with an intense touch of oak – cherry, plum, raisin, and vanilla.

Pairs well with Roasted red meats, blue or parmesan cheese, earthy mushrooms and eggplant dishes, tomato based pastas, and walnuts or almonds.

Twenty year old vine, aged in French oak for 3-6 months.

Finca Los Maza Parade

Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 • 13.6% ABV • Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Ripe cherries and strawberries layered with spice, vanilla, and chocolate. Sweet on impact, balanced by friendly acidity, with structured tannins and a long, persistent finish.

Pairs well with Asado and grilled red meats, braised short ribs, lamb with rosemary, aged hard cheeses, or a square of dark chocolate.

Twenty year old vine, aged in French oak for 3-6 months.

Oso Hormiguero

Malbec 2022 • 13.9% ABV • Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Gran Oso Hormiguero

Malbec 2022 • 14.4% ABV • Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Tastes of round and balanced – mulberry, currant, earth, dried herbs and spice box; full bodied with fine tannins, plummy fruit, and a vivid, lingering finish.

Pairs well with dry-aged steak, slow-roasted lamb, wild game, truffle and mushroom dishes, and mature hard cheeses.

Forty-five year old vine, aged in French oak for 20 months.

Gran Oso Hormiguero

Blend 5 Uvas 2022 • 14% ABV • Valle de Uco, Mendoza, Argentina

Ripe blackberries and cherries woven with violets, vanilla, and chocolate — structured tannins, a long, persistent finish. The blend you save for last.

Blend: 40% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 10% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Bonarda.

Pairs well with prime rib, venison and game birds, blue cheeses, dark chocolate, and rich, slow-cooked ragùs.

Forty-five year old vine, aged in French oak for 20 months.
