I am over 18-years-old\, or participating with an adult who is 18 years of age.  \n\nPersonal Responsibility for Safety -  I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety during my volunteer shift. I agree to conduct myself in a safe\, responsible manner at all times.\n\nResponsibility for Kettle & Donations -  I am responsible for safeguarding the assigned Salvation Army kettle and all donations collected during my shift. I will not leave the kettle or collected funds unattended at any time.\n\nShift Commitment - I agree to serve the full duration of my scheduled shift.\n If I am unable to attend\, I will notify the Red Leg volunteer contact\, Betty Graham (719-337-9905) via text or call as soon as possible.\n\nEnd-of-Shift Procedure - I will not leave my post or the kettle unattended at the end of my shift. I will contact the Red Leg volunteer coordinator before leaving the site.\n\nConduct Expectations -  I will remain friendly\, respectful\, and professional when engaging with patrons and collecting donations.  I will stay within my assigned kettle area at all times.\n\nNon-Affiliation - I understand that I am not an employee\, representative\, or agent of Red Leg Brewing Company or the Salvation Army. I am serving strictly as a volunteer.\n\nRight to Dismissal - I understand that failure to follow these guidelines may result in being asked to leave my volunteer assignment.\n\nLiability Release -  I release and hold harmless Red Leg Brewing Company\, the Salvation Army\, their staff\, volunteers\, and affiliates from any liability for injury\, loss\, or damages arising out of my participation.\n\nBy checking the box\, you agree with and understand the above.
