SUMMARY:Fly Tying 101/201 Workshop with Angler's Covey
DESCRIPTION:Enjoy a craft beer and local food\, and learn how to tie flies. Sounds like the perfect evening to us!\n\nThis is a great fly-tying class for those curious about fly-tying or those fly tiers who want to expand their skills! All in the comfort of Red Leg Brewing Company. The first part of the class will be a basic introduction to fly tying\, the tools used in fly tying\, and some basic techniques to get you started. The second part of the class will then dive into more advanced techniques\, and each student will learn to tie several different types of flies. No experience is necessary\, and we will provide all of the materials for the class.\n\nThis class is also a great prerequisite to any of our 301 advanced-level fly-tying classes.\n\nThis class is limited to 10 students per date\, so grab your spot today! Registration is required\n\nCost is $30 per person. Register here. \n\nThe class will take place at the brewery from 4 pm-6 pm. Please come early so you can grab a drink and get settled.

DESCRIPTION:“Where Community & Culture Meet” \nJoin us on Sunday\, January 7\, in the taproom for our January Artist Showcase featuring Andrea Kessler from 5-7 pm! Andrea will be at the showcase\, so you can meet her while enjoying her art and a few craft brews! We hope to see you there! \nFrom the Artist:\nI am a Colorado native who homeschools my three children and runs an excavation business with my husband Kenny in Falcon\, CO. When I’m not homeschooling\, at trap league\, or at book club\, I enjoy taking off-roading trips with my family to beautiful locations around Colorado and Utah in our Polaris razor and camping because it allows me many opportunities to capture the beauty in nature that most people don’t get to see in person. I am also interested in organizing and decorating. I love to study the way our environments affect our moods and health.
