Each month\, we will feature an exclusive new small-batch beer crafted to elevate your palate and captivate your senses. \nOur first Brewer’s Reserve is a velvety Dark Chocolate American Stout. A lactose-free creation where rich roasted malts merge with cocoa notes\, offering a bittersweet symphony of flavors in every sip\, culminating in a smooth\, robust experience. Expect it to be released in the taproom on February 1st in 16 oz cans & on draft to kick off Stout Month! \nAbout the label: This series of labels was heavily inspired by vintage National Parks posters & postcards. With each release\, the scenery will change\, allowing you to collect all the “postcards” throughout the year. While the scenes are not necessarily locations in Colorado\, we wanted to highlight the deeply rooted ties between Colorado\, the outdoors\, and our brewery.

DESCRIPTION:“Where Community & Culture Meet” \nJoin us on Sunday\, February 4\, in the taproom for our February Artist Showcase featuring Chris Alvarez from 3-5 pm! Chris will be at the showcase\, so you can meet him while enjoying his art and a few craft brews! We hope to see you there! \nAbout the Artist:\nNationally recognized award-winning painter Chris Alvarez\, a New Mexico native\, moved to Colorado in 1988. His work is regionally known for depicting romance in the mundane. Chris’s technique and perspective are influenced by the work of Joaquin Sorolla\, Ken Auster\, Carol Marine\, Kim English\, and David Shevlino. Winner of Plein Air Magaine’s grand prize at Paint Historic Manitou Springs and Best of Show at Victor Celebrates the Arts\, Chris also received local recognition in the April 2016 issue of Springs Magazine as a person who defines art and culture in Colorado Springs. The Alvarez Art School opened in 2011. The art education program covers painting\, drawing\, and seeing techniques and philosophies of art-making and being an artist. In 2019\, The Alvarez Gallery Art School moved to downtown Colorado Springs\, where the program continues to grow. Chris has two children. He enjoys juggling\, birding\, collecting records\, magic\, and the outdoors.
