DESCRIPTION:Let’s get knotty and make memories!\n\nIn this hands-on\, beginner-friendly macrame class\, you’ll be working with high-quality recycled cotton rope and learn commonly used macrame knots to create a functional piece of fiber art you’ll enjoy for years to come.\nOur Fiber Artist & Instructor Janel will provide group instruction as well as one-on-one guidance (as needed)\, so you leave with a complete project along with a sense of accomplishment and the desire to continue creating at home!\n\nYour ticket gets you knowledge\, experience\, and a functional piece of fiber art that you make yourself. Register here.\n\nSpace is limited to just 15 spots\, so get your tickets today! Open to participants 21+.\n\n*****Please support this business while we enjoy their space! Arrive early to grab a beer\, then settle in for class\, which starts promptly at 6 pm *****\n\nClass is 2 hours long\, but it is very possible you will finish your project in less time depending on how quickly you work; everyone works differently\, and it is not a race!\n\nALL SUPPLIES PROVIDED AT CLASS. Your project will be made of recycled cotton rope and a driftwood stick. There will be various rope colors to choose from upon arriving to class\, if you have a strong color preference\, please arrive early for optimum selection. Projects will be suspended from the ceiling and worked vertically\, you will have the option to stand while working or pull up a chair to sit if that is more comfortable for you. You will learn one commonly used macrame knot and a standard overhand knot in class.\nThis project was created with the intention of holding 3 small pots. Please feel free to bring yours to class or there is the option to add a set to your ticket for an additional charge.
