SausageFest 2021

We are teaming up with Solsage Food Truck and the best sausage makers in Colorado on October 1st to host the First Annual COS SausageFest 2021 on October 1st from 3-8 pm! In celebration of Solsage’s 1-year food truck anniversary AND National Sausage Day, we’re throwing the biggest sausage celebration imaginable and you’re invited!
The festival will host a People’s Choice Sausage Competition where YOU choose your favorite sausage and vote for a winner! Live music by Mark’s Midnight Carnival Show, free caricature art by Jason Sauer, local craft beer provided by Red Leg, food samples and tastings, and tons of great local small businesses will be onsite to help us celebrate this momentous occasion. So, mark your calendars and get to SausageFest 2021 this October!
