Pies & Grinders Grand Opening

Red Leg Brewing Company is excited to announce the official opening of Pies & Grinders as the newest onsite food vendor. The partnership brings one of the region’s most popular pizza and grinder concepts directly to Red Leg’s bustling outdoor campus, offering guests fresh, high-quality food to pair with locally crafted beer. The Grand Opening ceremony is planned for Friday, Dec 5, 2025 at Noon at 2323 Garden of the Gods Road. 

Pizza pairs great with beer! Try a slice of cheese or veggie pizza with a kolsch or a pint of Springs Lite. A darker beer, like the Howitzer, pairs well with rich flavors without overpowering the taste.
